Management Team
Nan Fritz
Chairperson
Nan Fritz is founder and chairperson of nSight, Inc.formerly Editorial Services of New England (ESNE). She spearheaded the formation of nSight's new Publishing Services division, and now spends her time overseeing its strategic direction and business operation. She began her career in communications at the US Department of State after earning BA and MA degrees in International Relations with a specialty in journalism. After her government work, Nan held staff positions at the University of Southern California, UCLA Press, and Davis Design before moving to the East Coast. She founded ESNE in 1982 after market research indicated a need for a firm committed to top quality in publications, especially writing and editing. She is an active presenter and participant in professional organizations, including the Society for Technical Communication, where she is an Associate Fellow and was recently President of the Boston Chapter, and Bookbuilders, where she is co-chair of the Endowment Fund.

Thomas E. LeBlanc
President and CEO
Tom LeBlanc is responsible for the overall business operations of nSight, Inc., which include traditional staffing and training, documentation outsourcing, project management, and the newly formed Publishing Services division. Working closely with Nan Fritz, nSight's founder and chairperson, Tom directs the company strategy and direction and oversees the design, delivery, and quality of all client services. He has a BA degree from Providence College and earned an MBA from Northeastern University. Tom's background includes 18 years of general management, operations, and finance experience at companies in the high-tech industry including Millipore, Unisys, and Digital Equipment Corporation/Compaq. He is a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Reserves.

Nicole Cerimeli
Director of Technical Communications Services
Nicole Cerimeli is responsible for the overall business operations of Technical Services, which includes DocuTeam, nSight’s technical documentation outsourcing solution, project management, staffing, and training. Nicole directs the technical business strategy and oversees all client services. After receiving her BA in Psychology from St. Bonaventure University, Nicole moved to Boston and worked in consulting and recruiting. She joined nSight in the Spring of 2001. She is an active participant in professional organizations, including the Society for Technical Communication and the Center for Information-Development Management.

Sharon K. Smith
Training Manager
Sharon Smith is responsible for nSight's training department, which offers both custom and public enrollment workshops. She works with clients to develop customized training programs for their staffs, partners with subject matter experts to build effective core curricula for open enrollment courses, and manages the day-to-day training business. Sharon brings more than 18 years of training experience to clients and the nSight team, which she joined in 2005. Prior to joining nSight, she was the Worldwide Training Manager at Agfa Corporation with responsibility for designing and delivering training to employees and clients in more than 42 countries. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, valiantly attempting gourmet cooking, and spending time with her English Bulldog.

Jim Thomas
Corporate Accounting Manager
Jim Thomas is responsible for all accounting and finance operations at nSight, as well as financial reporting and analysis. Prior to joining nSight, he worked at Westwood/Pembroke Health Services as a Staff Accountant. He has a BS in Accountancy from Bentley College, class of 1994. During his spare time, he enjoys exercising and reading.

Peter Blaisdell
Information Technology Manager
Peter Blaisdell keeps our network up and running, maintains and develops internal database applications, and oversees all IT responsibilities. He has a BA in English from Boston College, is an MCSE, and has a certificate in client/server applications development. Pete has been with nSight for five years and previously worked as our Operations Manager.
