Jim Thomas – Corporate Controller

Jim Thomas is responsible for all accounting and finance operations as well as financial reporting and analysis at nSight. Prior to joining nSight, he worked at Westwood/Pembroke Health Services as a Staff Accountant. He has a BS in Accountancy from Bentley College. During his spare time, he enjoys exercising and reading.

Elizabeth St. Germain – VP, Publishing and Editorial Services

Elizabeth St. Germain is responsible for the overall business operations of Publishing & Editorial Services, which provide a full range of editorial consulting and content development services for publishers and corporations. Using her extensive production expertise and accomplished planning and organizational skills, Elizabeth directs nSight's editorial business strategy and oversees an experienced team to deliver award-winning books, courses, eLearning modules, and other communications materials. Prior to nSight, Elizabeth worked for nine years at Blackwell Science, one of the world's largest journal publishers, where she held a variety of senior management positions—most recently, publisher of science journals. A dual major in English literature and studio art, Elizabeth graduated magna cum laude from Salve Regina College. She's an active member in several professional associations, including the Society for Scholarly Publishing and Book Builders of Boston.

Tess Kastning – VP, Staffing Services

Tess Kastning oversees staffing services for nSight clients and projects, particularly in the areas of eLearning, software and technology, finance, medical, biomedical, and pharmaceuticals. With over 20 years of experience in business, executive management, staffing, and executive leadership coaching, Tess brings a mindset and a proven history of creative problem solving and mentoring to her role. She has held Vice Presidential positions in staffing companies such as Eliassen Group and Kenda Systems, and she has served as a chairperson for Vistage, the world's largest CEO membership organization. She has also been a successful independent consultant and entrepreneur since 2001, when she founded and operated Cor Performance Resources, LLC, a business development, sales performance, and leadership coaching firm. Tess specializes in helping companies achieve revenue growth, ROI, and strategic execution of goals.

Peter Blaisdell – Director of Information Technology

Peter Blaisdell keeps our network up and running, maintains and develops internal database applications, and oversees all IT responsibilities. He has a BA in English from Boston College, is an MCSE, and has a certificate in client/server applications development. Pete has been with nSight for five years and previously worked as our Operations Manager.
