Thomas E. LeBlanc
President and CEO

Tom LeBlanc is responsible for the overall business operations of nSight, which includes consulting, project outsourcing, staffing, and training services within three business groups: Technical Communications Services, Marketing and Creative Services, and Publishing & Editorial Services. Tom directs the company strategy and direction and oversees the design, delivery, and quality of all client services. He holds a BA degree from Providence College and an MBA from Northeastern University. Tom's background includes 25 years of general management, operations, and finance experience at companies in the high-tech industry, including Millipore, Unisys, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Tom is a retired lieutenant colonel from the US Army after serving 22 years of active and reserve duty.

Elizabeth St. Germain
Director of Publishing & Editorial Services

Elizabeth St. Germain is responsible for the overall business operations of Publishing & Editorial Services, which provide a full range of editorial consulting and content development services for publishers and corporations. Using her extensive production expertise and accomplished planning and organizational skills, Elizabeth directs nSight's editorial business strategy and oversees an experienced team to deliver award-winning books, courses, e-learning modules, and other communications materials. Prior to nSight, Elizabeth worked for nine years at Blackwell Science, one of the world's largest journal publishers, where she held a variety of senior management positions—most recently, publisher of science journals. A dual major in English literature and studio art, Elizabeth graduated magna cum laude from Salve Regina College. She's an active member in several professional associations, including the Society for Scholarly Publishing and Book Builders of Boston.

Nicole Cerimeli
Director of Technical Communications Services

Nicole Cerimeli is responsible for the overall business operations of Technical Communications Services, which includes DocuTeam, nSight’s technical documentation outsourcing solution, project management, staffing, and training. Nicole directs the technical business strategy and oversees all client services. After receiving her BA in psychology from St. Bonaventure University, Nicole moved to Boston and worked in consulting and recruiting. She joined nSight in spring 2001. She is an active participant in professional organizations, including the Society for Technical Communication and the Center for Information-Development Management.

Dan Cote
Director of Marketing & Creative Services

Dan Cote leads the nSight client-facing Marketing and Creative Services group as well as overseeing all marketing for nSight itself. An experienced marketer, Dan rejoined nSight in 2008 after a three-year hiatus from his position as Marketing Director to launch and run StreamAhead, an Internet video marketing company. Dan brings his streaming video expertise to nSight with him, along with a keen sense of entrepreneurship, marketing acumen, and business savvy. Dan's past positions include VP of marketing for SellMasters, director of marketing communications for 100x, and Internet marketing manager for Servicesoft (now Kana). He also held a variety of Web and marketing management roles at Agfa, a European-based company that designs and markets digital imaging systems. An active member of the Greater Lowell community, Dan spends most of his free time with his wife and four children, and is a die-hard Red Sox fan.

Jim Thomas
Corporate Controller

Jim Thomas is responsible for all accounting and finance operations as well as financial reporting and analysis at nSight. Prior to joining nSight, he worked at Westwood/Pembroke Health Services as a Staff Accountant. He has a BS in Accountancy from Bentley College. During his spare time, he enjoys exercising and reading.

Peter Blaisdell
Director of Information Technology

Peter Blaisdell keeps our network up and running, maintains and develops internal database applications, and oversees all IT responsibilities. He has a BA in English from Boston College, is an MCSE, and has a certificate in client/server applications development. Pete has been with nSight for five years and previously worked as our Operations Manager.
