nSight Expands Management Team
nSight Continues Its Strong Growth And Market Expansion By Appointing Directors of Training/Development and Marketing
CAMBRIDGE, MAMay 1, 2001nSight, Inc., a recognized leader in print and interactive communications offering a unique combination of consulting, training, staffing, and project management services, announced two new additions to their management team. Ruben A. Kiredjian has been appointed Director, Training and Development, and Dan Cote has joined the company as director of marketing. These newly created positions are an important move to help the company continue its strong growth and market expansion.
About Ruben A. Kiredjian, Director, Training and Development
Ruben Kiredjian brings more than 25 years of customer training and services management experience to the nSight Training Division. He has held a variety of positions in companies such as GTE, Wang, Encore Computers, and The Foxboro Company. Most recently Kiredjian was awarded the Six Sigma Black Belt degree. His career has spanned the training continuum from being an instructor, to developing courses, to managing corporate training departments with full P&L responsibility. He earned his MS in Education from the University of Massachusetts.
About Dan Cote, Director of Marketing
Dan Cote brings a vast array of marketing experience to his nSight role. Most recently Cote was director of marketing communications for 100x, an Internet incubator. Prior to100x he was Internet marketing manager for Servicesoft, an e-Service solution provider. He also held a variety of Web and marketing management roles at Agfa, a European-based company that designs and markets digital imaging systems. A strong proponent of Internet marketing, he led the development and management of Agfa's first Web site in 1995.
"We are very pleased to welcome Ruben and Dan to the management team," says Tom LeBlanc, executive vice president and COO of nSight. "Both of these individuals bring the client-side view to their roles that is invaluable to a services-oriented organization such as nSight."
Kiredjian will lead nSight's Training and Development Division. This core business unit offers public workshops and corporate on-site training programs, covering a wide range of publishing and communications topics and disciplines.
Cote will be responsible for nSight's branding and marketing initiatives, including Web and traditional print media strategies, PR and direct mail campaigns, events and sponsorships, and customer and contractor loyalty programs. He'll also play a key role in developing new programs, services and strategic partnerships that increase awareness, sales and retention. "Both of these new management team members will help position the company as a premier resource for print and interactive communications," concludes LeBlanc.
