nSight Promotes Nicole Cerimeli to Director of Technical Communications Services

BURLINGTON, MA—May 25, 2004—nSight, Inc., a one-stop resource for technical communications and educational publishing services, today announced the promotion of Nicole Cerimeli to Director of Technical Communications Services. This newly created position supports the rapid growth and expansion of nSight's documentation project outsourcing business.

Cerimeli has full responsibility for nSight's technical communications business, which helps companies design, write, produce, and deliver product documentation, Online Help systems, and multimedia support tools that increase end-user satisfaction and decrease technical support costs.
