Be sure you have completed the following before leaving our office
      •    I-9 with supporting documentation (i.e. picture ID and SS card or U.S. passport or Alien Registration Form)
      •    W-4 and M-4 (if different information from W-4)

Complete the nSight timesheet and ask your supervisor to sign it to approve the hours you worked for payment. Please round off to the nearest quarter hour.

We want to pay you on time, so be sure to send your signed timesheet to nSight by 5 p.m. every Friday or at the end of the assignment if it ends before Friday.

nSight contract/temporary employees are paid biweekly according to the schedule above. nSight pays only for hours worked, not for mealtimes, breaks, or travel time unless specified by our clients. Work over 40 hours/week must be approved by both nSight and the client company.

As a W-2 employer, nSight is required to deduct FICA, federal, and state tax withholding from your paycheck. Remember that the hourly rate you are being paid as a W-2 employee represents only a portion of your compensation. As a W-2 employee your FICA, workers' compensation, and federal and state unemployment charges are paid by nSight. Combined with our benefit program, this contribution amounts to about 20% over your gross pay rate.
