Description
You know to create simple Adobe® FrameMaker documents and export them to XML, HTML, and PDF formats. Now, you may need to use Adobe® FrameMaker to build a book or structured document. In this course, you will do just that. You will create a professional looking document and place all your documents in a book.

Intended Audience
Students who want to learn how to create tables, use drawing tools, use master pages, work with multiple column documents, and build a book or structured document using FrameMaker.

Prerequisites
To ensure your success, we recommend that you first take the following course or have equivalent knowledge:
      Adobe® FrameMaker 7.2: Basic

  • Lesson 4: Creating Master Pages
    • Use Existing Content and FrameMaker Collaboration Tools
    • Create Custom Master Pages
    • Work with Multiple Text Frames
    • Work with Variables
    • Apply Custom Master Pages to a Document


  • Lesson 5: Setting up Multi-Column Layouts
    • Create Columns
    • Create Flow Tags
    • Use the Pagination Command


  • Lesson 6: Outputting Books
    • Create Cross-References
    • Create Generated Files
