About the Presenters
Lee Stayton – VP, eLearning Services, nSight, Inc.
Lee Stayton leads the eLearning Services division at nSight, which works with companies, institutions, associations, and training providers to develop digital, online, and mobile learning solutions that meet clients’ needs. With a focus on innovative technology and learning methods that produce quantifiable results, Stayton has more than 20 years of computer, interactive media, and eLearning experience. Prior to joining nSight in 2010, Stayton helped found and direct Artmedialab International, an interactive firm that develops sophisticated online education products for university-level physics and mathematics study. He also served as vice president of engineering at MediaMap, vice president of eProduct operations at LumaPath, production manager at VPG Integrated Media, and director of new media at Addison-Wesley Longman and Pearson Education. A Montana native and a Navy veteran, Stayton earned his bachelor of science degree from the University of Washington, Seattle, with a concentration in quantitative science.
Tom Niziolek – Marketing & Sales Director, Madico, Inc.
Tom Niziolek leads the Business Development Group, Architectural for Madico Window Films, a division of Madico, Inc. With a focus on strategic sales and marketing management, new product and business development, Tom has more than 9 years experience in the window film industry. He is on the Board of Directors of the International Window Film Association (IWFA), serving as President of the IWFA from 2005-2008 and European Window Film Association (EWFA), currently serving as Treasurer. Prior to joining Madico in 2002, Tom was a Marketing Product Manager at Gerber Scientific Corporation in the Sign Making and Specialty Materials Aftermarkets Business Unit. He also served as Product Manager, Imaging Media, at Rexam Graphics and Market Development Manager and Senior Research Chemist at James River Graphics. Tom is a lifelong resident of Massachusetts, with a Masters in Business Administration from Western New England College and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Andy Hayes – Technical Service Engineer, Madico, Inc.
Andy Hayes is the Technical Service Engineer for the Window Films division of Madico, Inc. Andy’s focus is on architectural films for residential and commercial buildings. He provides technical support across Madico’s product lines of solar control, safety, and automotive window films in the form of research & development, testing, consulting, and training. As Madico’s leader in building modeling and energy analysis, he has been one of the driving forces behind the Madico University project. He has degrees in physics and mechanical engineering.
